How do you ensure the meat stays fresh during shipping?
All orders are vacuum-sealed and shipped in insulated coolers with dry ice or high-performance gel packs. This ensures your meat remains at a safe, refrigerated temperature throughout its journey to your doorstep.
When will my order be shipped?
To maintain maximum freshness, we typically ship orders Monday through Wednesday. This prevents packages from sitting in a carrier warehouse over the weekend. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our facility.
Can I freeze the meat once it arrives?
Yes. Our vacuum-sealed packaging is freezer-ready. If you do not plan to consume your meat within 3-5 days of arrival, we recommend placing it in the freezer immediately to preserve its quality for up to 6-12 months.
What is your return policy for food products?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order or damage during transit, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund.
